Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services ("Services") provided by DENS ("Company"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Services

The Services include tour bookings, pre-registration, host applications, partner inquiries, and newsletter subscriptions. You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Booking & Payment

Korea X tour reservations require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance (70%) is due 7 days before the tour date. Failure to pay the balance by this deadline will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Booking confirmation is subject to manual review by DENS and will be communicated by email.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

The following cancellation policy applies to customer-initiated cancellations:

30+ days before tour: Full refund
15–29 days before tour: Deposit forfeited, no additional charge
7–14 days before tour: Deposit forfeited, no additional charge
3–6 days before tour (after balance paid): Balance refunded, deposit forfeited
Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund

If DENS cancels due to operational reasons, a full refund plus a 10% credit for your next booking will be provided. In cases of force majeure (typhoon, heavy snow, etc.), you may choose between a full refund or free rescheduling within 60 days.

5. Personal Information

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by DENS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer

DENS does not warrant the accuracy or availability of the Services. To the extent permitted by law, DENS is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

DENS may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
